Overview:

The following rules and regulations apply to all visitors to or users of the Dress4Prom Web Site, the home page of which is at www.dress4prom.com. By using this Web site, you agree to be bound by these rules and regulations, as they may be modified by Dress4Prom at any time and posted on this Web site. In the event of a violation of these rules and regulations, Dress4Prom reserves the right to seek all remedies available by law and in equity.  

Exchanges:

We hope that you love your dress when you receive it, but we do understand that sometimes it is hard to choose the correct size. If you have received your dress and it is too large or too small, you can exchange the dress one time for another size in that same style if still available at the time the exchange is requested.  All exchanges are subject to our exchange policy found at the bottom of the page.  All International orders, sale merchandise, and jewelry/accessories are a FINAL SALE and are not exchangeable. 

Low Price Guarantee:

If you find a lower price for any non-sale dress that we carry online prior to placing an order, we will match that price plus take an additional 5% off of your order.  Call us before placing an order to tell us where we can find the current dress at a lower price on another site and we will match that price plus the 5%.

Exceptions:  Dress must be shown on a website that is a US based authorized retailer of the dress.  Offer is not valid if the dress is shown as “sale”, “clearance”, “special”, or an auction site.  Shipping charges will be considered when looking at lower price. This offer cannot be used with any other discount, coupon, or special offer.  Site must have item in stock in size and color that you are ordering available for immediate shipping. Special Order Items do not apply.

Damage Policy:

All of our dresses go through quality control before being shipped out.  We must be contacted within 24 hours of UPS delivery of the dress, to be made aware of any damage.  All Beaded garments are hand sewn so bead patterns may be inconsistent.  We are not responsible for minor shifts in beadwork that may take place during shipping. This is not considered damaged. Please be advised that beadwork or sequins can only be attached in many instances with one thread making the garment very susceptible to bead loss during shipping and normal wear. E-mail support@dress4prom.com with the subject line damage.

Limited License:

Dress4Prom Web Site and all of its materials, including, but not limited to, its software or HTML code, scripts, text, artwork, photographs, images, video, and audio (collectively, "Materials" ) are protected by copyright laws and other U.S. and international laws and treaties. All Materials are provided by Dress4Prom as a service to its current and prospective customers and may be used only for personal informational and product ordering purposes and only if you also retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained on the Materials. No right, title or interest in our Materials is conveyed to you. This is a limited license, not a transfer of title to our Materials, and such license is subject to the following restrictions: (a) you may not copy, reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, post, modify, create derivative works from, sell, license or otherwise exploit this site or any of its Materials without our prior written permission; (b) you may not access or use the Dress4Prom Web Site for any competitive or commercial purpose; and (c) you will not permit any copying of our Materials. No license to the use of such marks, names or trade dress is granted to you under these terms and conditions or by your use of the Dress4Prom Web Site. Your misuse of the trademarks displayed on the Dress4Prom Web Site is strictly prohibited. You are also advised that Dress4Prom will aggressively enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law, including the seeking of civil remedies and criminal prosecution.
