Q: What is your return policy? 

A: We hope that you love your dress when you receive it, but we do understand that sometimes it is hard to choose the correct size. If you have received your dress and it is too large or too small, you can exchange the dress one time for another size in that same style and color if still available at the time the exchange is requested.  All exchanges are subject to our exchange policy found at the bottom of the page.  All International orders and sale merchandise are a FINAL SALE and are not exchangeable. Please see our Exchange Page for further information. 

Q: Can you check stock over the phone or email? 

A: There is no need to check stock as EVERYTHING on our webpage is available to ship out immediately. 

Q: What types of payment do you accept?

A: We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX.

Q: Are you an authorized retailer?

A: Yes, every dress that we carry is an authentic dress from each designer and can be verified by that manufacturer.

Q: How do I place an order?

A: After choosing the dress that you would like to purchase, click BUY in the size and color that you would like in that dress. Enter all of your shipping, billing, credit card, and other information to complete your order.

Q: Can I place an order over the phone?

A: Yes we would be more than happy to take your order over the phone, but the free ground shipping is an online only special.

Q: How will my item(s) be shipped?

A: Your items will be shipping via UPS within 24 business hours of the order being placed. For more information see our shipping page.

Q: Is the information over the internet safe?

A: Yes, our website is SSL certified and we have McAfee Software to further protect all of your information on our webpage.

Q: How do I use the search option on your site?

A: You can block off the sizes that you are looking for and all of the dresses available in those sizes will be shown on the main page.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

A: Every dress will ship within 24 business hours of the order being placed. Please see our shipping page for further information.

Q: How do I find the correct size?

A: Each dress has a size chart listed next to it that it is directly from the manufacturer of each dress. Match your bust, waist and hip measurement up against those measurements to find the best size for you. If your measurements are between sizes we suggest going with the largest size that your measurements are putting you in and having the other areas tailored. It is much easier to tailor in a dress that to have it let out and over 90% of formal dresses do need alterations.

Q: Do you rent dresses?

A: We do not offer any rental programs on our dresses.

Q: I saw an item that I wanted and now I can’t find it?

A: All of the dresses that are shown on the webpage are available and in stock, once an item is sold and no longer available it is taken off of the webpage.

Q: How do I track my order?

A: Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number that can be tracked at ups.com.

Q: Do you have additional images?

A: All of the images that we have been given and are able to show are posted on our website.

Q: Why was my credit card declined?

A: Multiple reasons can make that happen, the numbers might have been typed incorrectly, your bank might have a limit on purchases, and you might have protective measures that do not allow out of state purchases.

Q: When should I start shopping for my prom dress?

A: As soon as you find your dress we suggest ordering as inventory moves extremely quickly this time of year!

A: The average length of the dresses is 58-60 inches long.
